Tanveer Sharif
CEO
Tanveer is CEO and co-founder of Vopium. He is responsible for overall management of the company including relations with partners and investors. Tanveer has previously been the managing director of Øresund Venture Cup, member of the Regional Council of Copenhagen. He is an alumnus of Copenhagen Business School (CBS), ESC Rouen and Singapore Institute of Management.
Erik Neraal
COO
Erik brings over 20 years of experience within the IT and telecommunications sectors to Vopium. Prior to joining the company, Neraal held several senior strategic and operational management roles, including with companies Digital Equipment (DEC), AT&T and Sprint International. In his last position, Erik was CEO at mobile software developer, Plutolife. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Asad Parvaiz
CTO
Asad is the CTO of Vopium. He is an expert in system-architecture and complex development projects. He has previously worked with large projects for a number of multinational companies, e.g. IBM and HP. With a multicultural background, he has lived and worked in UK, France, Dubai and Pakistan.
Jonas Holm
CFO
Jonas is CFO at Vopium. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from INSEAD. He has more than 10 years of telecom experience and has previously worked as a Strategy Manager with TDC Corporate Business Development and Group Strategy.
Ina Pontoppidan
Director Strategy and Partnerships
Ina Pontoppidan has more than 20 years international experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. She has worked in Asia and across Europe, focusing primarily on Strategy, Business Development and Sales. Before joining Vopium, Ina held positions at Ebone, British Telecom, Flag Telecom and Motorola. Ms Pontoppidan has a Masters Degree in International Business & Management from EAP/ESCP (Paris, Oxford, Berlin).
Babar Baig
Marketing Director
Babar brings over 8 years of experience in operational and strategic marketing to Vopium. He has previously worked with Danish telecom, TDC and The Society of Danish Engineers. In 2005, Babar co-founded one of the world’s first independent app stores whilst additionally providing online and mobile strategic consultant services to several Danish companies. Babar is responsible for online and mobile marketing at Vopium.
