How to get started on your iPod touch

• Visit the iTunes App Store and download Vopium to your PC or Mac. Sync your iPod and Vopium will appear on your iPod.

  Download Vopium directly from your iPod by accessing the App Store directly from your iPod Touch. Simply visit get.vopium.com on your mobile.
• If you are already a user simply enter your username and password, after opening the application.
• If you are a new user, click "New customer" and enter the phone number of your regular mobile phone and your email address. Press "Register" and we will send a text message with a link to your mobile. Please click the link to verify your phone number. You will then receive a text message with username and password. Please enter username and password in the settings menu if not already there.
• Plug in your microphone adaptor.
• Now you're ready to make low-cost international calls on your iPod touch whenever your are connected to WiFi. You'll automatically receive 15 minutes + 15 SMS to get you started.

How Vopium works

Vopium is a free application installed on your iPod Touch (2^nd generation) allowing you to turn it into a mobile phone. When your iPod is connected to WiFi, you can make calls and send SMS over the internet using your normal mobile number. You do not pay any charges to your mobile operator. You only pay Vopium's low international call rates. You can obviously also use your iPod to make national calls.

When people call or text you back, you will receive the call and text message on your regular mobile phone that you registered. Thereby you are sure to always receive the call and text, even when you are not connected to WiFi
