The new Vopium app for Nokia Symbian includes our own VoIP client, allowing Wi-Fi calls and 3G VoIP calls on a range of Nokia phones without an embedded VoIP client. Following the devastating situation in Haiti after the recent earthquake, we have decided not to charge our customers for calls to Haiti until 1 February 1 March 2010 (extended).
Please bear in mind that the earthquake has caused significant damage to the telecoms infrastructure in Haiti, which may be the reason why you are not able to get through to a specific number.
