Smooth implementation

Vopium Business is a software application, which is easily downloaded and installed on the employee’s mobile handset. You are instantly up and running and don’t have to change SIM card or telephone as it works alongside your existing provider. No change in user experience

The employees will not have to change their normal calling procedure to benefit from the low Vopium rates. They simply dial the international number as usual without noticing the call being conveyed by Vopium Business. The application automatically detects when they place an international call and reroutes it via our gateway to the called destination number. Even voice quality and time for placing the call remain the same user experience.

Account interface

As admin you will have access to the Vopium Business account interface. The interface is web based and enables you to add/remove users, change mobile devices and synchronize address books of the employees. Furthermore, you can extract any information on calling data, such as the amount-, duration-, and destination of calls and inherent cost.

Billing

Vopium Business offers monthly post billing that can be adapted to the nature of your business – centralized, localized, specified down to country level and even down on departmental level. The billing will show a breakdown of usage per employee and per destination called. Your company will have to pay the local cost of your home country to your existing operator for rerouting the call to our gateway plus our very low rates for the international part of the call, hence you pay your local operator for a local landline call and Vopium for the international add-on. Test Vopium Business for FREE

In order to test our Vopium Business service, we offer qualified business customers a free trial of 2 weeks. During this period 5 of your key employees can call all over the world for free with Vopium. We recommend the IT manager or another person responsible for telephony to be in charge of the test. Following the test period, an evaluation will be carried out, and based on these findings it is decided whether the test shall move into the actual implementation phase. PBX

Vopium Business also works on your company’s PBX switchboard whether it being a VoIP or traditional solution. The PBX automatically calls the Vopium Business access number, which in turn completes the call to the international destination.
