What are Java, Symbian/UIQ, and Windows-based Smartphone or Pocket PC or Blackberry mobile phones, and why does it matter which one I have?

ANSWER:

Different mobile phones has different operating systems, hence using Vopium differs slightly from mobile phone to mobile phone. Basically mobile phones falls into two different categories and we have created to different “version” of Vopium to support this: Vopium Automatic: Works on Symbian/UIQ, Blackberry, Windows-based Smart phones and Pocket PC phones. On these handsets Vopium works automatically. The phone detects when you dial an international number and automatically routes your call though Vopium. You hear the automated voice “Vopium is connecting you” and your calls get connected. Vopium Manual: All java-based phones meaning all Sony Ericsson models plus some Nokia phones etc. On these handsets users have to locate the Vopium application within their phone menu before placing an international call, most often it is placed under “programs”, “games” or “organizer.” Open the Vopium application and choose the contact you wish to call: You hear the automated voice “Vopium is connecting you” and your calls get connected.
